Stepping into Dor De Vis was stepping into a serene oasis in the Carpathian Mountains. The quiet surroundings allowed us to truly connect with nature, listening to the birds sing and taking in the breathtaking views of the Retezat mountains from the yard.Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness, perfect for a romantic escape for two. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our breakfast and enjoy it on the terrace, overlooking the beautiful landscape.The 24-hour front desk ensured a seamless check-in process, even when we arrived late in the night. The friendly host made us feel truly at home, offering recommendations for local sights and even teaching us a bit of Romanian. The triple room we stayed in had a private entrance, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, providing all the comforts we needed after a day of exploring. The free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus, keeping us connected with loved ones back home. From the clean and comfortable rooms to the warm hospitality of the host, every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a memorable experience.
